Sony has just announced what they claimed as the world's fastest SD card in SF-G UHS-II SD card.
The new Sony SF-G UHS-II SD card now holds the record of the ability to write data at a speed of 299MB/s and 300MB/s respectively thereby making the fastest SD card the world has ever witnessed.
The Sony SD card will have the 32GB, 64GB and 128GB variants and aside from being the fastest, it is also said to be waterproof, shockproof, temperature resistant and X-ray proof, making it a very unique SD card.
With SD card of such feature, you shouldn’t expect the Sony SF-G card to cost a peanut but at the time filing the post, Sony is yet to reveal the pricing.
Sony has slated March next month for the availability of the SF-G SD card.
